Our comprehensive, holistic approach will help you experience a joyful, relatively pain-free pregnancy and prepare you for an easier postpartum recovery - all while holding you safe and loved in a welcoming community of women. This holistic Yoga program for Prenatal well-being, empowering birth, and a smooth transition into motherhood is for you if you are 12+ weeks pregnant.

Massage
Prenatal Massage
Tailored for pregnancy, the whole massage sequence is done in a side-lying position on the futon, supported with plenty of props, and seated on a chair. Prenatal massage can help
with stress regulation, and welcome the deep state of rest and relaxation
relieve the pain - especially the common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, hip pain, and swelling
boost your circulation and reduce swelling
manage the sleepless nights
balance your pregnancy hormones, leading to a more uplifting mood and less anxiety
in releasing tension in the body which helps create more space for your baby to position optimally - using manual techniques you’ll experience the release around the pelvis and welcome in the freedom and spaciousness
Postnatal massage
Postnatal massage offers a lovely way to recover from childbirth and ease into motherhood. It provides a holistic approach to help you navigate the various changes that come with being a new mother, offering the ideal self-care routine for both you and your baby post-birth. Babies are welcome to come with you, of course!
Regular postnatal massages can alleviate discomfort and promote relaxation and nurturing during this challenging phase of motherhood. Beyond physical relief, it also addresses your emotional well-being by nurturing and rejuvenating your body, mind, and soul
Birth partners workshop
This workshop, led by a full-spectrum doula and a Prenatal Yoga Teacher, is designed for expectant mothers and their partners, during which you will learn holistic techniques to help you experience a more relaxed and empowering pregnancy and birth, help cope with pain, and foster a strong connection between partners. It is also a time for partners to better understand their role and how they can hold space for the expectant mother in the most nurturing and hands-on, practical way.

✨ Use of the peanut ball, rebozo, hanging rope, massage, and pressure

Postnatal Yoga
Postpartum is hard, can be extremely lonely and isolating, and you don’t have to do it alone. Our Postnatal Yoga classes are not just a workout. Here you will find early postpartum safe exercises to gently nurture and nourish your body, mind, and heart in a supportive environment, meet your evolving body with love and care, and relax. Expect a super strong community of mothers, your neighbors with kids of the same age, a space to hold you in your baby’s quietest and loudest hours, and plenty of coffee dates post-class.

Group Yoga classes
Join our in-person Prenatal Yoga program on Tuesdays @ 8:30 am, Thursdays 6:30pm and Saturdays @ 11 am.
Postnatal Yoga runs on Tuesdays 10am, and Vinyasa for Mums (6+moths babies) on Wednesdays 10:30 am. Start with the intro offer 3 for 30£ and later join with one of our regular class packs or memberships.
