A Workshop on Harmonizing Doshas for Women's Wellbeing. Delve into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda in our insightful 2-hour workshop, designed to guide women through the Ayurvedic study of Doshas, shedding light on how these energies influence our menstrual cycle.
By understanding the unique phases of the cycle, and the dominant Dosha in each phase, participants will learn routines and lifestyle adaptations for each stage, promoting balance and holistic health. We'll take a deep dive into the world of VATA, exploring its critical role and how stress can disrupt our physical and emotional equilibrium.

Cancellations: Please note that we are not able to offer refunds for workshop bookings. You can use the workshop credit for another workshop in the studio or class pass if you provide us with a 14 days notice before the start of a workshop.
Location: SOMA Yoga is nested in the garden of the Battersea Reach complex (SW181TA) inside the bbodance, on the first floor. You can arrive by train to Wandsworth Town station (6’ walk from the studio), by bus (Petergate or Bridgend Road stop, 2’ walk from the studio) or by Uber boat (Plantation Wharf Pier).
Parking: Coming with a car? There is a car park at Battersea Reach (pay per hour) or free parking in Eltringham Street (2’ from the studio) where you are free to park anytime except 3-4 pm.
