This weekend course, accredited by YACEP, offers yoga teachers a 13-hour immersion in trauma-sensitive practices, with hours counting toward a 300-hour teacher training coming at SOMA in 2025/2026. Participants will receive two of Nina's books, Safe Space: Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Embodied Calm: Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Nidra.
