  • Sleep and Stress: Unlock the powerful connection between restorative sleep and emotional balance, with practical tools to ease tension and prepare your mind for rest.

  • Tech and Sleep Myths: Learn surprising truths about screen time and its real impact on your sleep.

  • Personalised Insights: Gain your unique Sleep Hygiene Score and receive tailored, actionable advice for better nights.

  • Guided Meditation and Breathwork: Conclude the workshop with a calming guided meditation and breathwork session to help you relax, ground yourself, and prepare for your best night’s sleep.

This 2-hour workshop is designed to support your well-being through a blend of neuroscience and yogic mindfulness, offering practical takeaways to integrate into your daily life.

Whether you’re a dedicated yogi or simply looking to reclaim your rest, this workshop offers a holistic approach to better sleep. Anne-Sophie weaves her scientific expertise with mindfulness techniques to help you achieve greater mental clarity, balance, and ease in your daily life.
