Join Luisa for a special edition of the Mandala class!
We will flow through the four elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, moving around the mat with each round dedicated to a different asana family - Forward Folds, Hip Openers, Twists, and Backbends - and tapping into different energy channels.
We will open and close the practice with 20 minutes of Yin - to allow our body and mind to warm up and settle.
Plus, a long savasana with a mini sound bath!
Open to All Levels (though not for complete beginners)
